Labor On Tap
Every membership includes a bank of prepaid hours. Use them whenever you need something fixed, hung, installed, or replaced. One credit equals one hour of professional labor. Credits roll over annually. No "use it or lose it."
Seasonal Tune-Ups
We walk your home multiple times a year — inside and out — checking the things most homeowners forget until they fail. Premium members get four visits a year; Total Care members get one every six weeks. Each visit includes routine 'while we're here' maintenance: filter swaps, smoke alarm tests, caulking touch-ups, hardware tightening, fixture checks. You get a digital inspection report after. Essential members can add Seasonal Tune-Ups a la carte.
Vendor Coordination
Need a roofer, plumber specialist, or electrician we don't cover in-house? We line them up, manage the job, and you pay our reduced vendor coordination fee instead of the markup most concierge services charge.
What does 12 hours of labor actually cover?
Routine fixes:Ceiling fan install + leaky faucet replacement + 3 light fixtures + bathroom hardware = ~8 hours
Seasonal projects:Storm door install + weatherproofing + outdoor faucet winterization = ~6 hours
Quality-of-life upgrades:Smart thermostat install + mounted TV + closet shelving = ~6 hours

Every service we offer is also available as a one-time visit. Will-call labor is billed at $175/hour, with flat-rate pricing on common jobs quoted before we start. No surprises on the bill.
